Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the SecuredTouch marketing team and help plan, direct, and coordinate marketing campaigns

 Responsibilities

  • Creating demand generation marketing strategy designed to drive qualified leads for sales team
  • Managing and updating the company website
  • Managing the global trade shows, conferences, webinars and meetups.
  • Leading lead generation campaigns
  • Establishing a funnel measurement framework across all channels, with metrics to track traffic, leads, MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities
  • Researching and formulating ways to optimize user conversion
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and customers’ requirement

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience in B2B software companies
  • Native English speaker or similar level
  • Creative writer with an eye for design – an advantage
  • All-around player with excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Able to respond well under pressure and to work with time and budget constraints
  • Proven experience with marketing tools (hubspot, gotowebinar, salesforce) – high advantage

Sales Director – LATAM – Fraud/Authentication for Financial Institutions

The Sales Director is responsible for generating company’s revenue for LATAM accounts per the assigned quota. This includes proactively contacting new customers, either inbound marketing leads or outbound new leads. This role will require demonstrated previous relevant account management / sales experience and familiarity with the LATAM market.

Responsibilities

  • Closing sales while meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Contact opportunities within assigned territory and drive to closure. This involves building positive working relationships with End Users within the assigned territories.
  • Administrative duties include but are not limited to: validating opportunities, quoting new projects, updating CRM with accurate data, activities and tasks, receiving and verifying purchase orders, order entry/booking orders, running reports, and additional account maintenance as required.
  • Participate in global sales activities and events, which may require occasional travel abroad.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal relations

  • Previous experience with quota-bearing sales role.
  • Knowledge of quoting and bid presentation.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal.
  • Additional systems experience a plus: SalesForce CRM
  • BS/BA Degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • The role requires an ability to travel (up to 40%)
  • Duties can be performed from home
  • Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.

Sales Engineer is a key position in SecuredTouch. It’s a customer-facing position which holds the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments and lead all technical aspects of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all technical aspects of the sales process, including product demos, technical sales discussions and Proof of Concepts
  • Understand customers’ use cases and tailor the solutions to fit their needs
  • Direct influence on the product roadmap and features through close engagement with the product R&D teams
  • Managing RFI and RFP responses
  • Working close and reporting directly to top management

 

Required skills:

  • Relevant technical bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience as a Sales Engineer or equivalent, supporting Enterprise grade software
  • Technical / product knowledge in the fraud detection or authentication domains
  • Demonstrated experience selling similar solutions to Financial Institutions.
  • Experience in previous positions at non-US companies and at Startup companies – advantage
  • Strong Sales Engineer skills; Technical and Commercial oriented engineer
  • Proven Hands-On experience – Running Proof of Concept on customer site, presenting live demos and writing SOWs
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present in front of large audiences
  • Extensive knowledge in RFP/RFI responses
  • Creative problem solver works well under high pressure
  • Superior service orientation, high dedication and a systematic view
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Fluent Spanish, written and verbal – advantage
  • Willing to travel up to 40%
